We have our warehouses worldwide, notably, The US, The UK, Canada, Australia, France, Spain, Dubai, South Africa and PRC.

How much does shipping cost?

It's completely free. We like to make things as simple and as upfront as possible without extra fees for our customers, just the way we like it ourselves.

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For customers outside of the US, UK, Canada or Australia* Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of these countries. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

 

What is the maximum delivery time?

The absolute maximum delivery timeframe during the COVID-19 period is 30 days, which is also the limit when we start processing partial or full refund requests.


Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.

We do not ship out on weekends.
